B.  Key Idea: I focus on God and his priorities for my life C.  Key Verse: Matt 6.33- But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. II.  MATTHEW 14. 22-36 A.  Jesus walks on the water- middle of night- strong winds B.  ______ wants to be invited to “walk on the water” C.  Peter walks on the water, until…he notices the wind (storm) D.  Jesus asked, “Why did you ______?” III.  APPLICATIONS: A.  When it comes to our relationship with the Lord, how do I keep my focus on Jesus- when there are so many storms and distractions B.  _________Distractions: C.  Positive Distractions: IV.  KEY VERSE FOR THIS WEEK:  “SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM…” A.  Don’t be afraid to “_____-____” of the boat with Jesus, for a grand adventure B.  Keep your eyes on Jesus, not the storms or attractions C.  Make living for and serving Jesus your #___ priority.   D.  Singlemindedness (Keeping our Eyes on Jesus) is crucial.   **So this week, we are _________ acting-out what we believe. **When you come to that fork in the road, choose the one that leads to God’s Kingdom.
